The "Normandy four" foreign ministers (Germany, Russia, France and Ukraine) will meet in Berlin on Monday evening to discuss the situation in eastern Ukraine and the implementation of the Minsk agreements, a source at the German Foreign Ministry told TASS.
According to observers, this meeting can launch a new phase of peace efforts when after a ceasefire and the pullout of heavy weapons, the sides in conflict are supposed to get down to implementing a political part of the Minsk agreements.
